Overview of organization

The Mission of the OSCF is to promote, by program support and educational outreach, the public awareness of the Old State Capitol and the Lincoln- Herndon Law Offices located in Springfield, Illinois, owned by the State of Illinois and under the jurisdiction of the Illinois Historic Preservation Agency.
